I’m at the OAS Global Confernece on the Humanitarian Crisis in Venezuela. Carlos Vecchio just told a story of the “humanitarian crisis” in which someone needed an ambulance but had to wait some time before it arrived and was then transferred to a private hospital ? pic.twitter.com/gpav00Z5AR

I’ve been asking Guaidó representatives if they support US military action. They all avoided answering. I pressed Lester Toledo until he said “all options are on the table, always.” pic.twitter.com/rsMGv45q3J

Spotted convicted criminal/“Special envoy to Venezuela” Elliott Abrams in the front row. I asked a few people about his history of using humanitarian aid to send weapons to contras in Central America. No one seems to mind. pic.twitter.com/75OR9ZScpb

I would’ve stayed with Abrams all the way back to State Department and questioned him about the El Mozote massacre but I had to get back to the conference for live reports. Hopefully I get the opportunity again.
