Un hombre identificado como Muhammed y seguidor del autoproclamado “presidente encargado”, Juan Guaidó, ingresó de manera violenta a la sede diplomática de Venezuela en Washington, EEUU, y amenazó con violar a una de las personas que se encuentra resguardando la embajada venezolana.
El hombre se encerró en una de las habitaciones de la legación diplomática y en el poco tiempo que estuvo dejó basura y causó daños materiales a las instalaciones. Así lo informó el reportero Alex Rubinstein a través de su cuenta de Twitter, @RealAlexRubi,
“Uno de los protectores de la Embajada dice que este es el miembro de la oposición que amenazó con violarlo y lo llamó “su muchachito flaco». Varias personas me dijeron que era agresivo y destruyó la propiedad”, fue uno de los tuit que publicó Rubinstein en un hilo donde narra lo sucedido.
Este individuo fue sacado de las instalaciones por efectivos de seguridad de EEUU, quienes lo retiraron del lugar sin arrestarlo ni llevarlo esposado.
La embajada venezolana en EEUU es protegida por un grupo de personas que apoya la paz en Venezuela y al presidente Nicolás Maduro. Sin embargo, las autoridades estadounidenses han anunciado que realizarán una “operación de asalto”, la cual violaría la Convención de Viena que protege a diplomáticos de todo el mundo.
