La tuitera @NoSoyPorno no imaginó el aluvión de mensajes en contra que iba a recibir tras criticar la designación de la modelo y activista, Jaris Jones, como la nueva imagen de la afamada firma de ropa Calvin Klein.

“Foto 1: Jari Jones, mujer transgénero, negra, lesbiana, talla grande y activista: El nuevo rostro de Calvin Klein. Foto 2: Yo, mujer natural, heterosexual, venezolana. Vivo en comunismo y a penas me alcanza mi sueldo para comprar comida”, fue el mensaje publicado por la tuitera.

La carga de transfobia, homofobia, racismo y clasismo de su mensaje no pasó desapercibida. Entre las respuestas recibidas está: “Mira, te faltó decir que eres transfóbica. Eso, mi ciela, es suficiente para no contratarte en ningún lugar”, le escribió el usuario @Modonecia.

O como le respondió @vxlxbxr: “No sos la cara de Calvin Klein porque las personas como vos que se creen superiores a otras solo por su color de piel, orientación sexual o género no se merecen nada”.

La firma Calvin Klein, apropósito del mes del Orgullo LGBTI+, seleccionó a la modelo y partidaria del #BlackLivesMatter (Las Vidas Negras Importan) como su nueva imagen y Jones lo celebró destapando una botella de champán frente a una cartelera con su imagen en Nueva York, foto que publicó en sus redes sociales.

“Presento esta imagen, de mí misma y todo lo que mi cuerpo representa para mi comunidad y mi familia elegida, con la esperanza de que se vean más claramente que nunca y se den cuenta de que son dignos de celebración, de compasión, de amor y gratitud», dice parte del texto que acompañó su publicación.
